The Journey
What does it mean that we all have our own journey that we've been through. Mine has been full of ups & downs. A lot of failures; so many successes. The best I can do is to put a highlight reel together.
2008 - 2011
The Marine Corps. The biggest love, hate relationship I've had in my life; one of the hardest & most rewarding times of my life. I learned so much about myself, how I show up in relationships, what type of leadership role I'd rather play, how I work best with people, within teams, attention to detail & the relentless, whatever-it-takes mentality I've clung to my entire adult life & career.
2004 - 2021
Network Marketing. This has shaped my entire life: Personal & Professional. I had a couple of mentors early in my career that took me under their wing, pushed me way outside my comfort zone & taught me so much about life. I learned so much about people, relationships, sales, marketing, influence & communication through my networking career, have helped thousands of people make more money & develop themselves into a better version of themselves than they were yesterday. My reputation in this industry is unrivaled. I don't take that lightly & focus daily on improving myself, those around me & pushing to greater heights.
2011 - PRESENT
Marriage. My family is my everything. I've experienced both sides of the coin. Monogamy for 7 years & the intricate nuances of Polyamory & what it means to have unwavering conviction for my primary relationships, my kids, what it looks like to have truly meaningful relationships & what it means to be brutally honest, a man of integrity, having clear & open communication, transparency & allowing the most important people in my life to live independently & to identify & handle their own needs & ask for assistance if & when they need it & to do the same myself. Unapologetically living my truth has been the most freeing, fulfilling & rewarding thing I have ever done.
2011 - PRESENT
Entrepreneurship. I can't decide if the military, family life or entrepreneurship has been harder. I've really tested my mettle in the business world. I've had extremely huge successes, I've helped create & train teams, put big deals together & helped so many people along the way. In order to accomplish what I have in my young years, I've had to fail faster & crash & burn many times to learn lessons that I wouldn't have if I would have played small & not shot for the moon & beyond.
Joseph is not just emotionally aware, he's an open book! He genuinely cares about his tribe & is always ready to lend a helping hand, no matter the time or place... "work first, play second" like he always says!
Despite his demanding schedule, he excels in maintaining accessibility, prompt appointment management in multiple time zones & maintaining ongoing expectations.
Joseph is relentless when it comes to the details. Maybe it was the military or maybe it's just him. Going the extra mile to make sure it's polished is absolutely his MO... 100% completion is the only acceptable outcome.
Joseph's solutions-oriented mindset & effective strategies benefit those around him, helping everyone achieve more. Stay ahead of the curve; know what's coming; plan effectively.
Yes, performing with fire, I frequently lay on my back & hold the fire on my feet. My usual response: "Mind over matter." This is true in so many ways. If my head is off or some place else, I run the risk of burning myself & the pain is unberable, but when I'm focused, anything is possible. The longest I've held the fire on my feet is 8 seconds.
Not too many people understand what cloud based CRM or Project Management systems are unless they've had the need for them before. CRM stands for Contact Resource Management... kind of like an online software to track your potential customers & clients throughout the entire process from beginning to end & to help automate follow ups & check in points. Really, it's an extension of your brain to store information for easy recall later.
That would probably take 45 mins. to explain. There is so much built into my tattoos. They have been very carefully crafted & I've only specifically asked for about 10% of what I wear on my skin with pride. They're sectioned off (so far) into my Hawaiian, Samoan & Maori sections with Tongan & Tahitian on the way. My story & my life, this amazing journey I'm on, has been intricately woven throughout all of it.
The United States Marine Corps. I specialized in food preparation & logistics along with trainining Marines mentally, emotionally, phsyically & even financially.
I split time between Phoenix & Salt Lake City... I think some call that a "blue bird."
